The Rhodes earns its name through a subtle deviation from the conventional: From the elegant arches that greet Bathurst Street to the delicate panelling that accentuates the interior rotundas. The Rhodes is a modern take on the classical.

Rainwater Control and Harvesting

Our rainwater control system conserves water, reduces pollution, and eases strain on city infrastructure and energy use. Collected water is used for on-site irrigation and green roofs. These roofs provide insulation, lowering energy consumption and heat. Excess water is stored in an on-site tank, and during heavy storms, the system regulates flow to prevent flooding.

Multifaceted Acoustic Engineering:

Our unique approach provides a detached home experience within a condo setting. Demising walls feature four layers of drywall, exceeding acoustic standards. Dropped ceilings create a buffer, reducing noise and vibration. Advanced glazing minimizes exterior noise, ensuring quieter and more peaceful living spaces.

Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV)

This air-to-air heat exchanger pre-conditions incoming fresh air by using exhaust air, regulating both temperature and moisture. In winter, it warms and humidifies cold, dry air, while in summer, it cools and dehumidifies hot, humid air. This process saves energy and ensures fresh outdoor air, enhancing indoor air quality.

Four Pipe
HVAC System

Our Four-Pipe HVAC system offers personalized climate control throughout the year. Each suite has a dedicated fan coil unit (FCU) connected to common boilers and chillers via four pipes. This setup allows independent heating and cooling, enabling occupants to set their preferred temperature. Multiple FCUs in one unit can be controlled separately, creating diverse climates within the same space. These units are advanced, efficient, and exceptionally quiet.
